Returns & exchanges

We want the layer on your back to earn its keep. If it does not, the team in Bozeman will help set it right.

Window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of fulfillment. Garments must be unworn and unwashed, hangtags still on, folded as they arrived. Opened briefs cannot come back.

How to start

Write [email protected] with your order number and the items involved. We will send next steps. Return postage is free when you choose an exchange or store credit. Cash refunds to the original tender carry a $14 processing fee after we inspect the goods.

Warranty

If a piece fails from a manufacturing defect within a year of purchase, file a warranty claim. Wear, wrong wash, shrinkage, and pilling from agitation sit outside the warranty. Approved defects ship back on a prepaid label with no processing fee.

Small-batch stock

Runs sell through. If the size you want for an exchange is gone, we can refund (minus the processing fee on cash returns) or issue store credit for the original purchase price.

Sale events

Sale prices are not honored after the event closes, and we cannot match a later promotion on an earlier ticket.

In-person

The Bozeman office does not stock inventory and cannot take walk-in returns. Mail is the path.
