These terms govern purchases from duckworthus.shop, operated by Bridger Fleece Collective LLC. By placing an order you agree to them.

The shop

DuckworthJ sells American-made merino layers. Product photos, fabric notes, and prices on the product page at checkout are the offer. We may refuse or cancel an order that looks fraudulent, duplicated, or impossible to fulfill.

Accounts

You are responsible for the email and password you use. Keep them private.

Pricing and taxes

Prices are in USD. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Promotional prices apply only during the published window.

Risk of loss

Title and risk pass when the carrier scans the parcel. Inspect on arrival and write [email protected] within seven days if the carton is damaged.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by law, Bridger Fleece Collective LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
